its been a while since i did any scenes for my lovely Lily.

in this mini tutorial i will show you how i give this pixelated / PS1-ish effect to my paintings.

more PS1 style. * that FF8 speech bubble though*
 i used  some textured brush strokes+ saving the picture with a diffusion pattern ( save for web ) .loving the old PS1 kind of effect it mixes everything really well... i may do a tutorial later regarding this effect.
